Which plan is right for me?
Starter suits businesses that mainly need every call answered, questions handled and messages passed on. Growth adds live booking into your scheduler, unlimited minutes and SMS automation, and fits most appointment-based businesses. Enterprise is for multiple locations, outbound calls or custom integrations.
What does the setup fee cover?
Building and training your receptionist on your services, hours and policies, connecting it to your booking system, testing every call flow and getting you live. It's a one-time fee of $500 on Starter and Growth, paid before activation, and it's non-refundable.
Are prices in Canadian dollars? Is tax included?
All prices are in CAD. HST is added at checkout.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Every plan is month to month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Call us or email info@quantra-ai.ca at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Your service stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't issue prorated refunds for partial months.
What does unlimited minutes mean?
On Growth and Enterprise there's no cap on call minutes for normal use of a single business line, so a busy month never costs you more.
How do I pay?
Starter and Growth can be started online with a card through Stripe's secure checkout. Enterprise is quoted after a short call. The monthly fee is charged automatically to the same card.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Contact us and we'll move you to the plan that fits as your call volume or needs change.
